Submission Preparation Checklist
All submissions must meet the following requirements.
- This submission meets the requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
- This submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration.
- All references have been checked for accuracy and completeness.
- All tables and figures have been numbered and labeled.
- Permission has been obtained to publish all photos, datasets and other material provided with this submission.

By submitting a paper to the MME SEE 2025, authors agree to the following terms:

Exclusive Rights: Upon acceptance, authors transfer the exclusive copyright of the paper to AMES (Association of Metallurgical Engineers of Serbia). This transfer prohibits authors from reproducing, distributing, or publishing the paper, in whole or in part, in any form or medium, without prior written consent from AMES.

Pre-Publication Posting: Authors are permitted to post their original, unreviewed manuscripts (preprints) on personal or institutional websites before submission. However, upon acceptance, these preprints must be updated to include a citation and link to the final published version in the conference proceedings.

Post-Publication Use: Authors may use their published papers for personal use, internal institutional purposes, or for scholarly sharing with individual colleagues, provided that such use is not for commercial purposes and proper acknowledgment of the MME SEE 2025 is given.
